Sage Walker (Watson)
2x Olympian, Professional Athlete,
CPT, Certified Nutrition Coach

I have always had a love for sports, fitness, and wellness. Over the years I have pursued optimal wellness and fitness during my professional track career. When you are a professional athlete your body is your work so over the years I have learned so much about the body and wellness. I have experimented with training, nutrition, mindset, and health fads. What I have learned is there is never a single solution for all. Something may work for your health and wellness but not work at all for someone else.
Over the years I have had family and friends seek my advice when it came to health, wellness, fitness, and anything I might know from my experience of being a professional athlete. I loved giving advice but knew I wanted to learn more about training, nutrition, and health. I decided to get certified in personal training and nutrition. My goal is to work one-on-one with people to help them find their optimal wellness, whether running faster on the track or just feeling good each day they wake up.

Why work with me? There are so many coaches you could work with out there, especially online coaches. There are also tons of "build your body in 30 days" and " build your booty in 1 week" programs you can buy as one-offs. I saw all of this when I first looked into becoming a trainer/coach. I know I can help people with my experience as an Olympian, professional athlete, and from my education. BUT. What I know for sure is, that I truly care when it comes to the overall well-being of the person I am working with, not just athletic performances or how much weight you are losing. I care about your overall health physically, mentally, and spiritually. When we have all of those in line we can live a life of meaning and purpose and when we can do that we share it with others and make our homes and communities a better place.
