SW Wellness was created to help others with their overall well-being by creating a personalized wellness program that fits their exact goals. I have taken what I have learned as a professional athlete, olympian, nutrition coach and CPT and used it to create programs for my clients. I have loved working with my clients to meet their goals and help them feel better. There Is a lack of care In the fitness and healthcare system often times people feel unheard or stuck. My goal with SW wellness is for you to feel heard by having one on one communication, customizing training and nutrition, guiding you in all areas of wellness and supporting your goals.

During our first meeting Sage listened carefully and tried to asses my current level of fitness. Based on this she prepared a schedule that fit my level and was appropriate for my goal. Again she made sure that she understood what my fitness level was after my injury. As I can sometimes be too enthusiastic and overconfident, she made sure I didn’t over do it and got the right work load for my needs. As result I’m in much better shape and learned a lot about my own body. I couldn’t have done this without her. It was a pleasure and a real treat to have her as my coach and I would highly recommend her. "
